Анотація

Висвітлено основні досягнення у сфері охорони здоров’я на сучасному етапі розвитку людства. Проаналізовано позитивні і негативні явища у цій сфері. Представлено складові системи охорони здоров’я. Подано основні засади функціонування медичної галузі, що представлені світовими та державними інституціями з охорони здоров’я. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення фінансових питань у медичній сфері.

DETERMINATION OF THE PRIORITIES OF HEALTH DEPARTMENT FUNCTIONING

English abstract

The main achievements in the field of health at the present stage of human development are highlighted. It is shown that in the present society there are negative phenomena too. The main indicators in this area are analyzed, namely, the growth of the expected life expectancy, the spread of the epidemic of chronic non-infectious diseases. A separate attention is paid to the quality of the provided health services The components of the health care system, which include health care providers, medical services, which have their components are presented. The main principles of the functioning of the medical industry presented by world and state health institutions are presented. It is determined that complete physical and mental wellbeing can be defined only as an ideal health, which practically does not exists. Particular attention is paid to the problems of development of the healthcare sector. The proposed ways of solving financial issues in the medical sphere are presented.
