Анотація

У статті розглянуто підходи щодо визначення поняття "економічна безпека". Визначено рівень та динаміку ВВП України за 2014—2017 рр. Виявлено причини різкого зниження реального ВВП України за аналізований період. Проаналізовано макроекономічні показники, зокрема інфляцію та виявлено причини, які спричинили інфляційні процеси в Україні. Охарактеризовано та проаналізовано курс гривні та наведено рівень девальвації. Визначено основні тенденції, які переважають у банківському секторі України, такі як підготовка до валютної лібералізації, розвиток високотехнологічних напрямів та активізація кредитування аграрного сектора і малого бізнесу та наведено їх характеристику. Охарактеризовано важливість банківських технологій в сучасному конкурентному середовищі. Виявлено та проаналізовано тенденції, які притаманні соціальній та демографічній сферам економіки України. Визначено глобальні тенденції та внутрішні тенденції для української економіки, які безпосередньо впливають на економічну безпеку України.

ANALYSIS OF TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE ECONOMY AND THEIR IMPACT ON UKRAINE'S ECONOMIC SECURITY

English abstract

The article considers approaches to the definition of the concept of "economic security". The level and dynamics of Ukraine GDP for 2014—2017 years have been determined. The reasons of sharp decrease in real GDP of Ukraine for the analyzed period are revealed. The macroeconomic indicators, in particular, inflation, were analyzed and the reasons that led to inflationary processes in Ukraine were identified. The rate of the hryvnia has been characterized and analyzed and the level of devaluation is given. The main trends that prevail in the banking sector of Ukraine such as preparation for currency liberalization, the development of high-tech areas and activation of lending to the agricultural sector and small businesses are determined and their characteristics are listed. The importance of banking technologies in a modern competitive environment is characterized. The trends that are also inherent in the demographic spheres of the Ukrainian economy have been identified and analyzed. Global tendencies and internal tendencies for the Ukrainian economy are determined, which directly affect the economic security of Ukraine. In the modern world, the problem of constructing an effective system aimed at ensuring economic security is one of the important factors concerning the stable and efficient functioning of the country's economic system. To achieve this effect, it is necessary to take into account certain trends in the development of the state's economy, since they can have both a positive and negative impact on Ukraine's economic security. However, there are certain criteria that help determine the state of the national economy, especially if these criteria go beyond, this directly poses a threat to the economic security of the country. As a result of our research, we can draw conclusions that today in Ukraine negative trends in economic development predominate, which directly affect the socioeconomic, demographic, foreign economic and other areas, which in turn has a negative impact on the country's economic security, since they are its components. In order to reduce the negative effect and further stable development of the Ukrainian economy, the government of the country should create a clear legislative base, support all spheres of public life of citizens, attract investments and implement programs of state support for various segments of the population.
