Анотація

У статті розглядаються сучасні підходи до керування вантажоперевезеннями. Визначені основні традиційні математичні методи прийняття розв'язків у перевізному процесі й зазначені їхні недоліки. Розглянутий ситуаційний підхід, який ґрунтується на необхідності адекватного реагування автотранспортної системи на виникаючі події при здійсненні транспортного процесу. На основі системного підходу процес перевезення вантажів автомобільним транспортом представлений у структурованому виді. Визначені перспективи розвитку систем керування вантажоперевезеннями.

MODELING OF TRANSPORT CONTROLS USING INTELLECTUAL TRANSPORT SYSTEMS

English abstract

The article deals with modern approaches to freight traffic management. Road freight services play an important role in the country's economy. Every year, the volume of goods that need to be moved from one point to another increase. Ukraine has a special feature - a high share of transportation costs in the price of goods. This is a result of the inefficiency of logistics business processes. Irrationally planned routes and lack of transport control significantly increase the costs of enterprises. Then there is a shortage of specialists in the field of logistics, the task of optimizing fleet costs in recent years has been solved with the introduction of satellite car monitoring systems at enterprises. In the conditions of growing competition of transport companies, the tasks of creating and improving methods for the operational management of the transport of goods by road are burning issues. Management in a broad sense is a determined impact on any object or process that results in both qualitative and quantitative changes in variables that determine the state of an object or process, and certain goals are achieved. The main management functions are planning, operational management, accounting and control. The aim of operational management is the implementation of operational plans and the response to deviations in its actions. Operational management measures are taken if the performance indicators deviate from the planned ones. The basic traditional mathematical methods of decision-making in the transportation process and its disadvantages are indicated. The situational approach is considered, which is based on the need for an adequate response of the road transport system to emerging events during the transport process. Because of the system approach, the process of transporting goods by road is presented in a structured way. Forecasts for the development of freight traffic management systems have been determined.
