Анотація

Дисертація на здобуття наукового ступеня кандидата педагогічних наук за спеціальністю 13.00.04 «Теорія і методика професійної освіти». – Національний університет водного господарства та природокористування, Рівне, 2019. Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене проблемі формування професійно-особистісної ідентичності майбутніх фахівців сестринської справи у процесі навчання в медичному коледжі, яка експлікована як інтегральне переживання внутрішньої цілісності та самототожності власного унікального Я, що забезпечує динамічну узгодженість особистісного та професійного самовизначення у процесі фахової підготовки. У дисертації здійснено теоретико-методологічний аналіз вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду теорії та практики проблем професійно-особистісної ідентичності, конкретизовано компоненти, критерії, показники та рівні її сформованості, визначено нові підходи до означеної проблеми шляхом упровадження організаційно-педагогічних умов і структурно-функціональної моделі та проведено експериментальну перевірку їх результативності у процесі вивчення дисциплін «Основи медсестринства», «Основи психології та міжособове спілкування», «Медсестринська етика та деонтологія».

Formation of professional-personal identity of future specialists of nursing in the process of teaching in medical college.

English abstract

Thesis for a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Degree in Specialty 13.00.04 “Theory and Methods of Vocational Education”. - National University of Water Management and Nature Management, Rivne, 2019. The dissertation research is devoted to the problem of formation of professional and personal identity of future specialists of nursing in the process of training in medical college, which is interpreted as an integral experience of the inner integrity and identity of one's own unique Self, which ensures the dynamic coherence of personal and professional identity. It is proved that, unlike professional identity, which implies the acquisition of self-identity with the professional community and the integrity of the process of forming the bases of professionalism of future medical professionals, the specificity of professional-personal identity is dictated by the need for dynamic coordination of personal and professional personality. In the dissertation the theoretical and methodological analysis of domestic and foreign experience of the theory and practice of formation of professional-personal identity is carried out and the complex analysis of professional-terminological, value-orientation, emotional-sensory, communicative-active components and socio-perceptual criteria and to characterize indicators and levels of professional identity development of future specialists nursing. It is substantiated that the formation of professional-personal identity of future specialists in nursing in the process of professional training may be manifested at high, medium, low and very low levels. New approaches to this problem have been identified through the introduction of organizational and pedagogical conditions, including: monitoring and diagnostics of students' personalities for the purpose of their self-improvement and motivating the development of cognitive interest in the future profession through the qualified selection of professional vocabulary in the field of medicine; medical-psychological support of training in the process of mastering the bases of students' professional-ethical and ethical-deontological culture; approbation of the newest personally-oriented technologies of medical-psychological interaction in the educational process, aimed at forming a vital strategy of building a whole personality and preventing the crisis of identity in unstable social conditions; organization of subject-subject interaction and utilization of innovative potential of interactive learning in the process of modeling the subject and social context of future professional activity. The effectiveness of implementation of the structural-functional model is proved and the experimental verification of its effectiveness in the study of disciplines "Fundamentals of Nursing", "Fundamentals of Psychology and Interpersonal Communication", "Nursing Ethics and Deontology", with the help of which crystallization of skills and skills takes place professional-personal identity of future nursing professionals. The expediency of using the newest personally-oriented technologies of medical-psychological interaction in educational process, interactive methods, methods of brainstorming, modeling of communicative situations, situational modeling, technologies of ensuring tolerant business communication and process of effective conflict resolution, conflict resolution analysis of situations, as well as elements of psychodrama, business game, simulation modeling, solving situational cottages, etc. The conducted research gives an opportunity to solve the problem of formation of professional-personal identity of future specialists of nursing in the process of education in medical college at a new level.
