У статті проведено аналіз методів управління виробничим ризиком, на базі якого побудовано алгоритм процесу загального оцінювання ризику травмування працівників із інвалідністю, які виконують виробничі операції на металообробному обладнанні із урахуванням обмежень життєдіяльності.

DEVELOPMENT OF AN ALGORITHM FOR ASSESSING RISK AT THE WORKPLACE OF AN EMPLOYEE WITH DISABILITY

English abstract

The article considers the issues of ensuring the implementation of a risk-oriented approach to ensuring the safety of workers with disabilities at the workplaces. It is noted that the risk-oriented approach allows to determine the inconsistencies of the workplace, production equipment, and technological processes with the state of health of an employee with a disability. The availability of inconsistencies can lead to an emergency or injury to the employee. The process of implementing a risk-oriented approach means the implementation of successive procedures for hazard identification, analysis and risk assessment, which are combined into a common risk management process. To implement it, it is proposed to use the Preliminary Hazard Analysis method, which allows to identify hazards in combination with the Delphi method, which is intended to summarize the opinions of experts. The obtained identification results are proposed to process using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis method, which makes it possible to assess risks at the workplace of an employee with a disability as a combination of the probability of danger origin, severity of consequences and the possibility of its identification. In the future, this information can be used to make management decisions to ensure the safety of workers.
