Анотація

Досліджено механізм нагородження відомчими заохочувальними відзнаками МОН України. Встановлено обмеження для отримання чергових заохочувальних відзнак. Описано фрагменти розробленої інтелектуальної інформаційної системи супроводу отримання заохочувальних відзнак працівниками університету. Показано, що рішення в інтелектуальних інформаційних системах доцільно приймати за результатами аналізу можливих дій та їх наслідків і вибору тієї дії, яка найкраще узгоджується з метою системи.

DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT OF INTELLIGENT INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR PROMOTIONAL RECEIVING RECOVERY RECORDS FOR COLLEGES OF THE UNIVERSITY

English abstract

In article, the mechanism of rewarding departmental incentive distinctions among the workers of the sphere of education is emphasized and the fragments of the developed intellectual information system accompanied by the receipt of such awards by the university employees are described. In particular, it was emphasized that the requirements for employees and the award procedure are regulated by the Resolution approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1047 dated on July 30, 2013. It is established that for obtaining the distinction of the next level, firstly, you need to have a distinction from the previous level, and secondly, the worker must have the appropriate pedagogical experience and, thirdly, from obtaining a distinction of the previous level should take at least three years. It was these three restrictions that were laid down in the developed IIS to predict the possibility of receiving employees the following incentive awards. In this work there is the structure of the chart of the developed IIS and the connections between them, the logic operation of the request is explained for prediction of obtaining incentive marks and there are given fragment of the report with the results of its execution. According to the results of the study, the following conclusions were drawn: 1. Modern IIS can not only perform statistical analysis of collected data, but also to plan concerted action and even and have a decision on the basis of knowledge. It is advisable to make such decisions based on the results of the analysis of possible actions and their consequences, and in and out of the action, which is best suited for the purpose of the system. 2. It is possible to take decisions in the IIS not only on the basis of a set of empirical rules recommended by specialists in the field of research, but also on the basis of approved regulatory and legislative acts. For example, forecasting opportunities for incentive awards to employees of the university developed by us IIS performed based on the Resolution of MES about encouraging differences. 3. Information is stored in the domain IIS mostly in databases. Therefore, to develop viable IIS must first design the database and verify its compliance with the conditions for normalization, and after that to implement a decision making mechanism. In the future, implementation of the developed IIS is planned at the level of the scientific-educational institution and at the university level.
