Анотація

У статті досліджено особливості організації фінансово-економічної безпеки на підприємствах. Здійснена характеристика фінансово-економічної безпеки європейських країн, що дало змогу запропонувати комплекс заходів щодо використання показників фінансово-економічної безпеки. У розвинених країнах розробляються цільові стратегічні планові документи щодо зміцнення економічної безпеки підприємств, регіонів, галузей. У таких умовах суб’єкти підприємницької діяльності, виконуючи свою вагому соціальну та економічну місії у суспільстві, опиняються у ситуації належного рівня захищеності свого майна та інтересів від впливу чинників зовнішнього середовища. Тому цей досвід становить значний інтерес як для розвитку системи безпеки вітчизняних суб’єктів господарської діяльності, так і для безпеки національної економіки.

FEATURES OF ORGANIZATION OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY AT ENTERPRISES: WORLD AND DOMESTIC EXPERIENCE

English abstract

The article investigates the peculiarities of the organization of financial and economic security at enterprises. The financial and economic security of European countries has been characterized, which has made it possible to propose a set of measures for the use of financial and economic security indicators. In developed countries, targeted strategic planning documents are being developed to strengthen the economic security of enterprises, regions, and industries. In such circumstances, business entities, in carrying out their important social and economic missions in society, find themselves in a situation where the level of protection of their property and interests from the influence of environmental factors is adequate. The global experience of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise is reduced to imitation of key factors of economic security of the developed coun tries of the world. Yes, it is important that in economically developed countries of the world more attention is paid to the development of theoretical and applied principles of entrepreneurship development, the formation of favorable economic and legal environment for business. Unfortunately, in the context of financial and economic instability, there are significant obstacles to the realization of economic interests within the framework of the implementation of European standards. At present, the national economy has not yet managed to create a national effective economic system that could ensure the progressive development of the state, strengthen the levers of foreign and domestic policy of the state. National and economic interests and priorities are not well defined, without which the creation of a European integrated society is impossible. A thorough analysis of the European experience in the formation and maintenance of the economic security of the country undoubtedly shows the need to improve the national strategic support of the mechanism of economic security of Ukraine, in particular the use of positive features of globalization for the purposes of public development of the country and paying special attention to ensure the realization of national economic interests in the process of formation of major priorities and priorities. domestic policy. For the safe functioning of the financial and economic security of the region, we propose to carry out complex analytical and forecasting analyzes of the main functional components of financial and economic security, by such factors as: level of financial stability; the level of liquidity and solvency of enterprises / households; level of information support and protection of information; identify internal and external factors influencing the financial and economic security of regions; determine sources, nature, causes, intensity of destructive factors, systematically process situations and trends of their development.
