Анотація

У статті досліджено питання запровадження Міжнародних стандартів фінансової звітності в державному секторі. Зроблений аналіз Стратегії модернізації системи бухгалтерського обліку в державному секторі. Відображені питання, які будуть удосконалені після модернізації системи бухгалтерського обліку та фінансової звітності в державному секторі. Визначено застосування принципів, необхідних для формування фінансової звітності. Запропоновані шляхи модернізації системи бухгалтерського обліку та фінансової звітності в державному секторі.

The investigates financial accounting in the government sector

English abstract

The problem of International Financial Reporting Standards implementation in government sector was examined in the article. There was carried out the analysis of Accounting System Modernization Strategy in government sector. The items which will be improved after modernization of accounting and financial reporting system are reflected there. The application of the principles, necessary for financial reporting formation are determined there. There are proposed the steps for modernization of accounting and financial reporting system in government sector. The work investigates standardization of accounting and financial reporting in the government sector. Standardization of financial reporting of economic activity subjects in government sector and application of approved National Standards (Provisions) of Accounting in government sector will promote: improvement of accounting and financial reporting methods. According to the research results there was made the conclusion that for accounting system and financial reporting modernization in government sector the following is necessary: formation of united legislative and normative basis, adopted to international requirements and provisions, improvement of financial reporting drawing up methods and information technologies implementation; providing of preparation and retraining of shots is from standardization of accounting and financial reporting system in government sector.
