Анотація

В статті визначено зміст інноваційних технологій в страхуванні та виокремлено основні переваги їх застосування в діяльності страхових компаній: мінімізація трудовитрат працівників; створення інтегрованої бази даних про об’єкти страхування та прийняті на страхування ризики; підвищення якості процесу управління страховою компанією; створення умов для збільшення обсягів страхових послуг. Проведено детальну характеристику інноваційних страхових продуктів та визначено українські страхові компанії, які використовують ці інновації в своїй діяльності. Проведено SWOT-аналіз запровадження електронного полісу страхування для страхової компанії «PZU Україна Страхування життя».

IMPORTANCE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN INSURANCE IN THE INSURANCE MARKET OF UKRAINE

English abstract

In the article, on the basis of the works of domestic scientists, the types of innovative technologies in insurance are defined: insurance products on-line, innovative insurance products and remote services. The advantages of using innovative technologies in the activity of insurance companies are highlighted: minimization of labour costs of employees; creation of an integrated database of insurance assets and insurance risks; improving the quality of the insurance company management process; creating conditions for increasing the volume of insurance services. It is proven that the use of innovative information technology by insurance companies is effective for both clients and companies, The directions used by domestic insurance companies for expanding the client base and expanding insurance services in the market are defined: optimization of processes of interaction with clients; use of modern technologies of mass sale of insurance services; expansion of channels of realization of insurance services; use of modern methods of risk diagnostics. A detailed description of innovative insurance products was conducted and Ukrainian insurance companies using these innovations in their activity were identified. Such insurance products today are: multilevel marketing, MLM; cyber-insurance; InsurTech; peer-to-peer insurance; Block Chain in the insurance industry; Іnternet of Things – IoT; insurance based on determining the possibility of cooperation with the client; Big Data and machine learning (ML); automation and optimization of customer interaction processes. The conducted SWOT-analysis offered an electronic insurance policy for the insurance company PZU Ukraine Life Insurance. A SWOT analysis shows that e-commerce marketing contracts are protected by classic sales and offer a reduction in information to a large number of users by advertising and seeking new clients – consumers of insurance services.
