Анотація

У статті визначено сутність поняття «Проектна команда». Розглянуто актуальні теоретичні та практичні питання формування проектної команди. Сучасна практика виконання проектів передбачає об’єднання виконавців проекту в проекті команди. Саме команда проекту є найбільш гнучким елементом внутрішнього середовища проектно-орієнтованої організації. Визначено сутність мотивації та її принципи, а також охарактеризовані теорії мотивації. Здійснена характеристика чинників 5 «Р», які використовуються для посилення мотивації членів команди і подолання складнощів реалізації проекту. Проведене дослідження дало можливість обґрунтувати, що ефективна робота команди проекту потребує розробки системи винагород та заохочень для її членів, розробки програми мотивації, в якій би було відображено систему заходів, виконуваних протягом певного проміжку часу, і спрямованих на стимулювання певних співробітників з метою певної поведінки; цілі; охоплення; термін дії; систему заохочень і стягнень; календарний план заходів та відповідальних за їх виконання; бюджет програми мотивації.

MOTIVATION ASPECTS OF THE PROJECT TEAM WORK

English abstract

The article defines the essence of the concept "Project team". Topical theoretical and practical issues of forming a project team are considered. Personnel management in the process of project implementation is significantly influenced by features of the project activity, namely: high activity of the external environment of the project, inclusion of the process of project implementation in the framework of the stages of its life cycle. The current practice of project implementation involves the integration of project contractors into a project team. The project team itself is the most flexible element of the internal environment of a project-oriented organization. It can be argued that the problems of team research in the joint activity are extremely wide: quantitative and qualitative composition, genesis of the team, its structure, instrumental (cooperation, differentiation, self-organization, coordination of functions) and expressive (imitation, suppression, sympathy, disliking, empathy) processes norms and values, governance, intergroup interactions, and more. According to the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) project management involves the processes of organizing and managing a project team. The essence of motivation and its principles are defined, as well as the theories of motivation are characterized. The characteristics of the 5 P factors that are used to enhance the motivation of the team members and overcome the difficulties of the project implementation, namely: purpose (purpose); self-development (proactivity); profit sharing; progression; professional recognition. The research made it possible to substantiate that for the effective work of the project team it is necessary to develop a system of rewards and encouragement of its members, to develop a program of motivation, which would reflect a system of actions performed over a certain period of time and aimed at stimulating certain employees for a certain behavior; objectives; coverage; validity; a system of rewards and penalties; a calendar plan of events and those responsible for their implementation; motivation program budget.
