Анотація

Описано будову і принцип роботи пружного шпонкового з’єднання з пружною шпонкою з М-подібним поперечним перерізом. Розроблено методику розрахунку пружної М-подібної шпонки при передаванні нею обертального моменту. Отримано аналітичну залежність між обертальним моментом і деформацією шпонки. Такі шпонкові з’єднання поліпшують експлуатаційні показники механічних приводів машин – м’якше передають динамічні навантаження, збільшують довговічність деталей.

STRUCTURE, PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION AND CALCULATION OF KEYED CONNECTION WITH M-SHAPED KEY

English abstract

The structure and principle of operation of the keyed joint with an elastic key have been described. The key of such connection has cross section of M-shaped form, with external and internal elements connected by rounding. The elastic key is installed in the groove between the shaft and the hub. The elastic key can be placed in the groove between the shaft and the hub in M-like or W-like views. A method for calculating the elastic M-shaped key when transmitting torque to it has been developed. The analytical dependence between the torque and the deformation of the key has been obtained, which allows to solve three problems: to determine the dimensions of the cross section in the design calculation for the known torque; to determine the stresses that occur in the cross section of the key during its deformation in the check calculation; the amount of torque that can be transmitted by an elastic keyway within the strength. Such key joints improve the performance of mechanical drives of machines – softer transmit dynamic loads, increase the durability of parts.
