PECULIARITIES OF REGULATING THE ACTIVITY OF PUBLIC AUTHORITIES IN THE CONDITIONS OF CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES: ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE SYSTEM OF JUDICIAL AUTHORITIES

English abstract

The article examines the issues of applying the mechanisms of state administration in the field of the procedure for organizing the activities of the judiciary through legal regulation. Particular attention is paid to the structural and functional method of legal regulation of the procedure for organizing the activities of the judiciary. The conceptual foundations of the organization of the judiciary in Ukraine, its features and existing problems, as well as the impact of current constitutional reforms on the effectiveness of the future activities of the judiciary in Ukraine in the short and long term, are considered. The experience of organizing the activities of the US judicial system is briefly considered and directions for using this experience in regulating the activities of the system of judicial authorities in the conditions of constitutional changes are proposed.
