Анотація

В статті розглянуто способи використання підземного простору в країнах заходу. На прикладах міст Сінгапур та Монреаль проаналізовано освоєні території: «Підземне місто» (Montreal Underground City) з найбільшою схемою міського швидкого транзиту та «Підземне наукове місто» (Underground Science City). Представлена класифікація факторів, які впливають на використання підземного простору. Визначено перспективи розвитку підземного простору в містах України.

FEATURES OF UNDERGROUND SPACE DEVELOPMENT

English abstract

The article considers recent world trends in the use of underground space. Today it is actively used in urban planning practice. This is the field of engineering and transport development structures: pedestrian and transport tunnels, car parks and garages, station premises and engineering networks (gas and pipelines, boilers, heaters, transformers and gas distribution stations, etc.) and civil defense facilities. In services - shops, cafes, cinemas, exhibitions halls, bookstores, archives, refrigerators, vegetable stores, etc. Industrial and energy facilities include separate shops, laboratories, boiler rooms, heating stations, etc. On the examples of the cities of Singapore and Montreal, the developed territories were analyzed: "Montreal Underground City" with the largest scheme of urban rapid transit and "Underground Science City". The classification of factors influencing the use of underground space is presented. Prospects for the development of underground space in the cities of Ukraine are determined.
