Побудовано математичну модель нестаціонарного процесу поширення тепла в горизонтальному ґрунтовому теплообміннику. Створено алгоритм визначення апроксимуючої передаточної функції ґрунтового теплообмінника. Наведено результати та графіки перехідних процесів та динамічних характеристик об’єкта.

English abstract

Heat pumps are becoming more widespread and used, both in domestic applications of consumers and in many industries. There are several types of such pumps, they differ in the way they receive heat from the external environment: heat from the outside air, heat accumulated by the soil or water bodies. Thus, at the application of heat pumps that receive nitrogenous heat energy from the soil, the use of vertical or horizontal collectors of heat is possible. Application of vertical collectors requires high-cost works with the involvement of specialists of such profile. Horizontal collectors are less expensive to install, but their efficiency is lower compared to vertical collectors. During the operation of geothermal heat pumps in the soil mass, which is within the zone of thermal influence of the register of soil heat exchanger tubes as a result of seasonal changes in the external climate parameters, as well as under the influence of operating loads on the heat collection system, the aggregate state of moisture in its pores changes. The application of horizontal collectors in heat pumps requires preliminary calculations to determine the most optimal conditions for heat transfer from soil to heat pump collector. Research of processes of heat transfer from soil to heat exchanger collector is carried out in many works. Most studies are based on the idea that the soil heat exchanger collector is represented as a point heat transducer, and the equation for determining the temperature is an axisymmetric heat conduction equation. This research article develops a mathematical model of the unsteady process of heat dissipation in a horizontal soil heat exchanger is constructed. An algorithm for determining the approximating transfer function of the soil heat exchanger taking into account the convective heat transfer in the heat exchanger tube is created. Numerical calculations have been carried out, according to the results of which it has been confirmed that soils with water content allow a greater increase in thermal energy compared to dry sandy and clayey soils. Results and schedules of transients and dynamic characteristics of the object of research are resulted.
