Анотація

В статті зазначено нові погляди і підходи проєктування багатоповерхового житла, зміну концепції архітектури житла. Здійснено аналіз сучасних багатоповерхових житлових комплексів міста Рівного, які є цікавими з точки зору розпланування та архітектури. Сформульовано оптимальні архітектурно-планувальні ознаки багатоповерхових житлових будівель, визначено їх наявність в тих чи інших досліджуваних об’єктах. Зазначено основні принципи, які мають бути притаманні для якісного та комфортного житла.

DESIGN OF MULTI-STOREY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEXES IN THE TOWNS OF UKRAINE (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE TOWN OF RIVNE)

English abstract

In the article the topicality is revealed, the problematic issues facing modern scientists and the tasks of the research are described. The topical issues of housing architecture, which are interested in the works of domestic scientists are outlined. It is noted that during the construction of multi-storey modern housing abroad and partly in Ukraine, new views and approaches to its design are observed, the concept of creating residential architecture is changing. Rivne, as the regional center of Ukraine, is interesting from the point of view of studying the evolution of modern multi-storey residential buildings. Descriptions of modern multi-storey residential complexes of the city of Rivne are given, they are interesting from the point of view of planning and architecture. Based on the analysis, the optimal architectural and planning features of multi-storey residential buildings are formulated, their presence in certain research objects is determined. The basic principles that should be inherent in quality and comfortable housing in modern multi-storey buildings in general and in the city of Rivne, in particular, are indicated. It is emphasized that such principles as flexibility, desegregation, rental housing, cohausing, barrierfree are practically absent in multi-storey buildings of residential complexes in Rivne. The principles of optimal number of storeys, environmental friendliness, design of Smart-apartments and miniapartments are almost not inherent in the studied residential complexes, with some minor exceptions. It is noted that the principle of multifunctionality is the most common in these residential complexes. It is indicated that a common feature for all the studied residential complexes of the city is the presence of nearby existing infrastructure. The design of such facilities requires an improved and more thorough approach, high-quality urban analysis.
