Анотація

В статті проведено аналіз генезису процесу праці від періоду античності і до новітнього часу, розглянуто формування умов праці відповідно до міжнародних та національних правил і норм. В результаті досліджень встановлено особливості еволюції діяльності (античність, середньовіччя, новий та новітній часи). Визначено основні принципи створення корпоративної соціальної відповідальності сучасних організацій. Проаналізовано формування системи менеджменту безпеки праці, що досягається за допомогою принципів Шухарта-Демінга та ризик-орієнтованого підходу, а також визначено ефективність управління суб’єктом господарювання за допомогою ведення нормативної, розпорядної, звітної та облікової документації.

FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT, FORMATION AND ORGANIZATION OF WORKING CONDITIONS

English abstract

The article analyzes the genesis of the labor process from antiquity to modern times, as well as studies the formation and management of working conditions based on international and national documents. The study was conducting in several stages. At the first stage, progress has been established in the process of development in the development of people. The analysis showed that the society in the sphere of activity developed from the primitive relations "aristocratslave" to the construction of humane coexistence between the employer and the employees. Social and economic development of the suspension was not easy. Craftsmanship, manufactory forms of labor, industrial society, as a result - occupational diseases, further development and application of means of protection and concepts of safety, division of labor, etc. were passed. At present, there is a problem of loyal use of the environment, which obliges business circles to support the concept of sustainable development, as well as to work in the system of "science and production", which allows increasing economic indicators and improving the social level of society. At the second stage of the analysis, the basic aspects of formation of working conditions were designated, namely: the maintenance, character of classification. As a result, it was established that there is a change in the field of practicality in the adaptability, rational flexibility of the labor process, creativity and development of the executive and managerial functions and equal technical possession of thinness. The nature of work forms the social and economic nature of the labor process, which is associated with the communication of persons involved in the labor process. At the third stage of research, international normative documents on the organization and management of working conditions are established, the priority of corporate ethics in the organization is determined, which is the key to social and economic growth, as well as the formation of safety culture. The fourth stage analyzes the formation of occupational safety management system, which is achieved using the principles of Shewhart-Deming and risk-oriented approach and determines the effectiveness of business management through regulatory, administrative, reporting and accounting documentation.
