Анотація

У статті даються визначення інформаційної безпеки та суміжних термінів. Розглянуто рівні формування режиму інформаційної безпеки України, складові державної інформаційної політики щодо забезпечення інформаційної безпеки. Охарактеризовано цілі для розвитку інформаційного суспільства в державі, запропоновані на законодавчому рівні Урядом, запропоновано методи вирішення проблем, що виникають, вказано шляхи забезпечення інформаційної безпеки держави.

ANALYSIS OF THE INFORMATION SECURITY SYSTEM IN UKRAINE AND ITS PRIORITIES FOR ITS IMPROVEMENT

English abstract

The article provides definitions of information security and related terms. The levels of formation of the information security regime of Ukraine, the components of the state information policy to ensure information security are considered. The goals for the development of the information society in the state, proposed at the legislative level by the Government, are described, the methods of solving the problems that arise are proposed, the ways to ensure the information security of the state are indicated. It is stated that today there is no universal method of providing protection that would provide a 100% guarantee of security. Accordingly, the security information system needs constant improvement and improvement, as hackers and criminal elements are constantly improving their own methods of hacking and unauthorized intrusion. It is analyzed that the qualitative creation of the information security system in Ukraine has a certain complexity and therefore requires the development of theoretical and methodological principles and a legal mechanism for implementing innovative reforms. The main regulatory area may be the administrative and legal mechanism for information security, as it has a particularly strong impact on the effectiveness of the implementation of administrative and legal methods and tools in this area. Also, the analysis of the peculiarities of functioning and regulation of information security as a basis for the functioning and stability of national security of Ukraine made it clear that the damage to information security is caused by imperfect regulation of information relations, as well as the use of poor quality information. In addition, in modern conditions, when global and regional information confrontations take place, destructive communicative influences are formed, as well as clashes of different national information interests and spread of information aggression, protection of national information space and guarantee of information security have become Ukraine's priority strategic tasks. relations.
