Анотація

У зв’язку із інтенсивною зміною структури автомобільного па- рку Європейського Союзу та в подальшому України, назріла необхідність трансформації об’єктів інфраструктури. Оскільки державою передбачений та законодавчо врегульований напрям європейської інтеграції, нами досліджено основні етапи адаптації європейського автомобільного сектору до збільшення транспортних засобів із електричним та гібридним рушієм. Досліджена можливість плавного переходу автомобільної галузі на «зелений» транспорт, а саме модернізація електромереж та створення потужностей для зарядки електромобілів. Також багато уваги приділено інвестиційному клімату галузі, зокрема встановлено, що за оцінками Генерального плану зарядки електромобілів для ЄС-27, до 2030 року приблизно 280 мільярдів євро потрібно буде інвестувати в об’єкти інфраструктури країни. Наведено основні виробничі потужності автомобільної галузі у Європі та встановлено, що частка ринку акумуляторних електромобілів в попередньому році склала більше 10% від загальної кількості реєстрацій легкових автомобілів у ЄС.

STUDY OF CHANGES IN THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE EU AND UKRAINE AUTOMOBILE INDUSTRY ACCORDING TO NEW CHALLENGES

English abstract

In connection with the intensive change in the structure of the automobile fleet of the European Union and, subsequently, of Ukraine, the need for the transformation of infrastructure facilities has become ripe. Since the direction of European integration is foreseen and legally regulated by the state, we have studied the main stages of adaptation of the European automotive sector to the increase of vehicles with electric and hybrid engines. It found that in 2022 sales of electric vehicles accounted for 18% of all new car sales in the EU, and in the previous year, hybrid vehicles accounted for almost 20% of the total number of registered passenger cars in the EU. The possibility of a smooth transition of the automotive industry to green transport, namely the modernization of power grids and the creation of capacities for charging electric vehicles, has been investigated. Much attention is also paid to the investment climate of the industry, in particular, it is established that, according to the estimates of the General Plan for charging electric vehicles for the EU-27, approximately 280 billion euros will need to be invested in the country's infrastructure by 2030. The increase in expected sales of passenger electric cars by 2030 will be more than 50%, which in quantitative terms will exceed 47 million electric cars. Scenarios for reducing the level of pollutant emissions by cars implemented in the European Union are studied. The listed main production capacities of the automotive industry in Europe and the research carried out in the third quarter of 2022 showed that the market share of battery electric vehicles increased even more, amounting to 11.9% of the total number of passenger car registrations in the EU. As a result of the conducted research, a general trend towards the global transition of the automotive industry to an electric drive has been established. In turn, this will lead to further reformatting of the entire automobile infrastructure and the creation of a separate cluster of electric vehicle services. The data of the study show a significant prospect of attracting European investments in the development of Ukraine's infrastructure, both for post-war reconstruction and for the creation of a completely new cluster of service provision.
