Анотація

Наведено дані аналізу чинних будівельних норм з проєктування і монтажу дорожніх споруд з гофрованого металу в частині розрахунку, зокрема визначення граничних деформацій (прогину). Показано, що окремі положення цих норм стосовно розрахунків можуть бути використані тільки для окремих типів і розмірів споруд і тому є потреба вдосконалювання цих положень. На підставі результатів аналізу і розрахунково-теоретичних досліджень показано, що є можливість уточнення окремих положень чинних норм. Зокрема надано пропозиції щодо визначення граничних деформацій гофрованих споруд у формі кола чи у формі аркового склепіння. Надано і обґрунтовано відповідні розрахункові залежності з урахуванням різних типів і параметрів споруд.

LIMIT DEFORMATIONS OF ROAD BUILDINGS FROM CORRUGATED METAL

English abstract

Data from the analysis of the current construction standards for the design and installation of road structures made of corrugated metal in the calculation part are given, in particular, the determination of limit deformations (deflection). It is shown that certain provisions of these norms regarding calculations can be used only for certain types and sizes of buildings, and therefore there is a need to improve these provisions. For example, determining the limit values of deformations (deflection) of a metal corrugated and semicircular vault or pipe only as a value equal to 5% of the diameter, i.e. without taking into account the height and deformations of the embankment, does not allow taking into account the relationship between the deflection of the structure and subsidence of the soil in contact with the structure with the subsidence of the soil of the embankment and the surface of the road surface. Based on the results of the analysis and calculation-theoretical studies, it is shown that there is a possibility of clarifying certain provisions of the current norms. In particular, suggestions are provided for determining the limit deformations of corrugated structures in the shape of a circle or in the shape of an arched vault, taking into account the height and deformations of the embankment. The relevant calculated dependencies for determining the limit deformations of metal corrugated structures are given and justified, taking into account the possible influence of these deformations on the state (local subsidence) of the road surface.
