Анотація

Досліджено блок-секції із 5 рукавів-оболонок з фасонними частинами, виявлено вплив на формування втрат напору в них різ- них видів фасонних частин та монтажних вставок, отримано емпі- ричні залежності зміни втрат напору води в секціях із п’яти рукавів для умов вільного та підтопленого витікання. Визначено, що при витраті води в секції в межах 1,0–1,4 л/с втрати напору в ній скла- дають для більшості схем – 4–7 см і витрачаються на подолання мі- сцевих опорів у розподільчому та збираючому колекторах. Для рів- номірного розподілу води в оболонках-рукавах запропоновано комплектувати колектори розподілювачами потоку води. Дослі- джено ефективність роботи розподілювача потоку води у розподі- льчому колекторі, показано доцільність його застосування для пок- ращення розподілу води між оболонками-рукавами. До практично- го використання рекомендовано схему № 9 та доповнити її розподі- лювачем потоку води у розподільчому колекторі. Розроблено комп’ютерну програму для гідравлічного розрахунку втрат напору в блок-секціях.

COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR CALCULATION OF PRESSURE LOSSES IN BLOCK-SECTION OF HYDROTECHNICAL SYSTEMS OF SURFACE HEATING SOIL

English abstract

The results of the research of hydraulic parameters and regimes of movement of the heat-transfer liquid in block sections of soil sur- face heating hydrotechnical systems are presented. 11 different prin- ciple layout schemes of sections made of sleeves-sheaths with fitting parts of water supply and collectors were experimentally researched, the impact of different types of fitting parts and mounting inserts on the formation of pressure losses in them was disclosed. An empirical dependences of water pressure losses changes in sections with five sleeves for free and flooded regimes of water movement was created. It was determined that with a water flow in the section within the range of 1.0–1.4 l/s, the head loss in it amounts to 4–7 cm for most schemes and has been spent to overcome local resistances in the dis- tribution and collection parts, since the head loss in the sleeves are only a few millimeters. Scheme No. 9 is recommended for practical use. For the uniform distribution of water in the sleeves-sheaths and to increase the speed of water in the side sheaths, it is suggested to complete the water flow distribution fitting of a special design. The ef- fectiveness of the water flow distributor in the distribution collector was studied, and its use feasibility for improving the distribution of water between the sleeves-sheaths was shown. It is recommended to add the water flow distributor in the distribution collector for scheme No. 9 A computer program has been developed for the hydraulic cal- culation of head losses in block sections. The computer program is made at a high algorithmic and software level, shows high accuracy of calculations and high computational speed. The perspective of this development lies in the possibility of expanding the functionality of the program, increasing computing capabilities and implemented methods, expanding the scope for calculations
