Анотація

У статті розглянуто аспекти розвитку міжнародного бізнесу на світовому ринку телекомунікаційних послуг, який в сучасному економічному середовищі посилює свій вплив на світове виробництво, інвестиції та зайнятість, і сприяє активізації науково-технологічного оновлення в усіх секторах світової економіки. Значну увагу приділено диверсифікації пропозиції та попиту на телекомунікаційні послуги на глобальному та регіональному рівнях. В статті зроблено акцент на транскордонні інформаційні зв’язки, економічні, культурні, політичні комунікації та важливість цих процесів для економіки України в період повоєнного відновлення. У статті визначено тенденції щодо посилення конкуренції на внутрішніх ринках економічно розвинутих країн впливають на впровадження нових технологій та пошуків нових можливостей для розширення міжнародного бізнесу, в той час, як в країнах, що розвиваються зростає незадоволений попит на послуги зв’язку.

DEVELOPMENT OF TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES AS A COMPONENT OF THE GLOBALIZATION PROCESS IN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS

English abstract

The article considers the aspects of the development of international business in the world market of telecommunication services, which in the modern economic environment strengthens its influence on world production, investment and employment, and contributes to the activation of scientific and technological renewal in all sectors of the world economy. Considerable attention is paid to diversification of supply and demand for telecommunication services at the global and regional levels. The article focuses on cross-border information relations, economic, cultural and political communications, and the importance of these processes for the economy of Ukraine during the post-war recovery. The article identifies trends in increasing competition in the domestic markets of economically developed countries affecting the introduction of new technologies and the search for new opportunities for expanding international business, while in developing countries the unmet demand for communication services is growing. The specificity of the economic activity of telecommunications companies in global conditions objectively requires the implementation of special, internationally tested indicators of world market analysis. Strengthening of globalization trends in the market of telecommunication services necessitates identification and assessment of the impact of economic factors in order to substantiate proposals for the use of benefits from Ukraine's involvement in the global telecommunications market. Further development of the telecommunication sphere of Ukraine under the influence of globalization processes is becoming more and more relevant due to the country's European integration course. Effective use of the benefits of the order to international business and successful integration of Ukraine into the globalized telecommunications market largely depends on state policy, especially during the period of martial law.
