Анотація

Проаналізовано основні відмінності підприємств водопостачання від підприємств інших галузей, встановлено основні фактори, які впливають на процес управління системами водопостачання і водовідведення населених пунктів. Наведено основні напрями розвитку управління цими системами в сучасному техногенному суспільстві. Надана характеристика основних технологічних та управлінських інновацій. Підкреслено, що використання геоінформаційних систем дозволяє проводити багатокритеріальний аналіз та моделювати будь-які виробничі ситуації, знаходити місця аварій, проводити паспортизацію об’єктів, вирішувати оперативні завдання та підвищувати ефективність роботи системи. Наведені основні можливості геоінформаційної системи при експлуатації інженерних мереж. Виділено основні задачі, які можуть виконувати автоматизовані системи управління технологічним процесом в галузі водопостачання населених пунктів. Розглянуто можливості використання MES-систем на підприємствах водогосподарського профілю.

ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT OF WATER SUPPLY AND WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS OF SETTLEMENTS

English abstract

The main differences between water supply enterprises and enterprises of other industries are analyzed. The main factors influencing the process of managing the water supply systems of settlements have been established. The main directions of development of the management of these systems are given. The characteristics of the main technological and management innovations, in particular geo-information technologies, automated systems for managing technological processes, are given, MES- systems. It is emphasized that the use of geoinformation systems allows multi-criteria analysis and modeling of any production situations to find accident sites, to carry out object certification, to solve operational tasks and to increase the efficiency of the system. The main capabilities of the geoinformation system in the operation of engineering networks are presented. The main tasks that can be performed by automated technological process control systems in the field of water supply of settlements are highlighted. The main ones are the calculation of the optimal modes of operation of structures; forecasting the need for water, its accounting and implementation; remote control of water supply facilities; intensification of the water supply system; Issuance of operational information about the emergency situation in buildings with the determination of the place and time of its occurrence; compilation of reporting documents. The possibilities of using MES systems at enterprises of the water management profile are considered. It is stated that the implementation of MES-systems allows to carry out: monitoring, distribution and management of production resources; detailed and operational planning of production and its dispatching. It was emphasized that the digitization of the water sector allows to provide information on the actual state of the system in real time, to perform uninterrupted communication and control over the operation of all facilities, to carry out certification of engineering networks and facilities, to promptly respond to changes in the operation of the system.
