Анотація

Виконано аналіз впливу типологій цивільних будівель на їхню стійкість до руйнувань внаслідок бойових дій. Визначено доцільність проведення реконструкції пошкоджених будівель міст регіону з характерними конструктивними рішеннями. Міста Луганщини сформувались переважно протягом 19 ст. та мають характерні райони цивільної забудови, типологія яких визначається періодом будівництва. Конструктивні та планувальні рішення забудови мають значний вплив на доцільність відновлення або реконструкції будівель, що постраждали у наслідок бойових дій. Розглянуто масштаби та характер руйнувань міст Лисичансько-Сєвєродонецької агломерації. Виділено групи будівель характерної типології за конструктивними ознаками. Запропоновано рекомендації стосовно доцільності та можливості реконструктивного відновлення цивільних будівель різних конструктивних систем. Експертний метод підготовки проєктних рішень та визначення можливості відбудови зруйнованих будівель слід вважати за пріоритетний.

INFLUENCE OF CIVIL BUILDINGS TYPOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS ON THE FEASIBILITY OF RECONSTRUCTION IN THE CITIES OF EASTERN UKRAINE

English abstract

An analysis was conducted on the influence of civil building typologies on their resistance to destruction due to military actions. The feasibility of reconstructing damaged buildings in the cities of the region with characteristic structural solutions was determined. The cities of the Luhansk region were predominantly formed during the 19th century and have characteristic areas of civil construction typology determined by the construction period. The structural and planning decisions of the construction have a significant impact on the feasibility of restoring or reconstructing buildings that have suffered due to military actions. The scale and character of the destruction in the Lysychansk–Sievierodonetsk agglomeration cities were considered. Groups of buildings with a characteristic typology based on structural features were identified. Recommendations were proposed regarding the feasibility and possibility of reconstructive restoration of civil buildings with different structural systems. Individual construction is flexible and has sufficient potential for reconstruction. Determining factors include the quality of the land plot, the presence of communications, and convenient urban planning location. Civil houses of the first half of the 19th century are characterized by the absence of rigid horizontal floor slabs, making them vulnerable to hits and fires. Such construction is almost unsuitable for restoration. Buildings of the first mass series, known as Khrushchev-era apartment due to moral and physical aging, can only be considered for restoration as part of a comprehensive transformation of quarters and microdistricts of construction. Brick and reinforced concrete buildings are suitable for reconstruction. Large panel buildings require a design solution that takes into account the actual stress-strain state of the building’s load- bearing frame. The expert method for preparing design decisions and determining the possibility of reconstructing destroyed buildings should be considered a priority.
