Анотація

Проаналізовано існуючий стан вулично-дорожньої мережі міста Харкова та виявлено її проблеми. Проведено обробку результатів обстеження інтенсивності транспортних потоків на вулицях міста Харкова. Виконано аналіз результатів дослідження. На підставі отриманих результатів можливо визначити місця (перехрестя, перегони), які потребують розробки схем удосконалення організації дорожнього руху. Запропоновано основні напрями подальшого розвитку вулично-дорожньої мережі міста Харкова.

RESEARCH OF THE INTENSITY OF TRAFFIC FLOWS ON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF KHARKIV

English abstract

Currently, there is a problem of reconstruction and restoration of infrastructure facilities, road surface of streets damaged by constant shelling during the war, improvement of planning characteristics and development of the network of existing streets with partial or radical reconstruction of them in accordance with the intensity of traffic and pedestrian traffic, possible isolation movement of traffic flows from pedestrian traffic, elimination of intersections of significant traffic flows on the same level. Therefore, it is now important to analyze the current state and identify the problems of the street and road network of the city of Kharkiv, which will be important for the reconstruction of the city and the creation of a new General Plan. The article analyzes the existing state of the street and road network of the city of Kharkiv and identifies its problems. The results of the survey of the intensity of traffic flows on the streets of the city of Kharkiv, which was carried out as part of the project "Integrated development of cities in Ukraine II", were processed. The analysis of the research results was carried out. Based on the results of the research, the multimodal transport macro model (MTM) and the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SMM) of Kharkiv will be developed. On the basis of the obtained results, it is also possible to determine places (intersections, races) that require the development of schemes for improving the organization of traffic. As a result of the development of MTM and PSMM in the city, the following will be ensured: the distribution of transport flows by composition, taking into account the share of buses and trolleybuses; the level of loading of roads and streets (possibility of reallocating passenger and/or truck traffic to less congested areas); distribution of urban areas more fairly and safely in favor of non-motorized transport; improving energy efficiency (updating the car fleet); reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from vehicles. The main directions of further development of the street and road network of the city of Kharkiv are proposed.
