Анотація

У статті викладено методику визначення мінімальної геометричної висоти всмоктування (підпору) осьового насосного агрегату і мінімальної відмітки дзеркала води у нижньому б’єфі. Наведено рекомендації для покращення експлуатації насосної станції в умовах падіння рівня води у водозаборі.

DETERMINATION OF THE OPERATION PARAMETERS OF THE PUMPING UNIT IN THE CONDITIONS OF FALLING OF THE WATER LEVEL IN THE LOWER CANAL POUND OF THE PUMPING STATION

English abstract

The article describes the method of determining the minimum geometric height of suction (support) of the axial pump unit and the minimum mark of the water mirror in the reservoir. Recommendations are given for improving the operation of the pumping station in the conditions of a drop in the water level in the water intake. The object of research is a water reservoir, which is intended for drinking and domestic purposes. The subject of the research is the determination of the minimum geometric height of the suction (support) of the axial pump unit and the minimum mark of the water mirror of the reservoir in conditions of a drop in the water level. The purpose of the work is to develop recommendations for the operation of the reservoir in conditions of a drop in the water level and to determine the minimum mark of the water table of this reservoir. The condition z ≥ zmin is fulfilled, so the minimum support currently ensures cavitation-free operation of the pump. In order to ensure reliable cavitation-free operation of the pumping station and to raise the water level in the reservoir to the previous mark, it is proposed to create a support from the side of the lower canal pound.
