Анотація

З метою впровадження сучасних підходів до безпеки праці проаналізовано наявні ризики і фактори, які впливають на умови праці працівників філій АТ «Укртелеком». Для створення безпечного робочого середовища запропоновано рекомендації та заходи щодо підвищення рівня безпеки працівників, впровадження яких сприятиме зменшенню ризиків і травматичних подій, покращенню їхнього здоров’я та благополуччя, а також оптимізації робочих процесів в компанії. На підставі визначених напрямів вдосконалення було запропоновано рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності системи управління охороною праці в філіях АТ «Укртелеком». Важливо регулярно переглядати та оцінювати продуктивність системи, визначати напрями для подальшого вдосконалення та впроваджувати цільові рішення для підвищення її ефективності. Застосовуючи проактивний підхід до безпеки, АТ «Укртелеком» може мінімізувати ризики, пов’язані з роботою з підвищеним ризиком, і створити більш безпечне та продуктивне робоче середовище для своїх працівників.

ASSESSMENT OF THE LABOR SAFETY STATUS IN THE WORKPLACES OF UKRTELECOM JSC BRANCH OFFICES

English abstract

The key directions of scientific achievements in the field of occupational safety and health are indicated. These directions facilitate the constant improvement of occupational safety and health standards, the development of the latest technological solutions and effective strategies of preventive measures. This provides an opportunity to increase the level of safety and employee well-being in various industries, including telecommunications industry. The existing risks and factors that affect working conditions of employees of Ukrtelecom JSC branch offices were analyzed in order to implement modern approaches to occupational safety. Recommendations and measures to improve the level of employee safety were proposed to create a safe working environment. The implementation of these recommendations and measures facilitates decreasing risks and accidents, improving health and well-being of employees, and also optimizing work processes in the company. A number of recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety management system in the Ukrtelecom JSC branch offices were proposed based on the identified directions of improvement. It is important to review and evaluate system performance, identify directions of further improvement and implement targeted solutions to improve its effectiveness regularly. For risks associated with high-risk work, risk mitigation strategies include implementing appropriate safety protocols and procedures, providing employees with appropriate training and equipment, and also regularly reviewing and updating safety measures in response to changes in working conditions. Furthermore, promoting a safety culture and giving an encouragement to employees to inform about safety issues or hazards can help identify and eliminate potential risks before they lead to accidents or injuries. Ukrtelecom JSC can minimize risks associated with high-risk work and create a safer and more productive working environment for its employees, applying proactive approach to safety.
