Анотація

У статті проведено аналіз чинників розвитку транспортної стомлюваності пасажирів. Увагу акцентовано на встановленні впливу трьох груп факторів на зміну показника функціонального стану пасажира в результаті пересування, а саме: параметрів маршрутної мережі, містобудівних чинників та індивідуальних характеристик пасажирів; характеристик маршруту та техніко експлуатаційних показників роботи транспортних засобів; параметрів пасажиропотоку на маршруті. Встановлено, що до переліку вагомих чинників розвитку транспортної стомлюваності пасажирів можна зарахувати експлуатаційну швидкість транспортних засобів, їхню пасажиромісткість та кількість. Тому під час планування заходів щодо покращення рівня транспортного обслуговування як першочергові слід розглядати ті, що сприятимуть зростанню експлуатаційній швидкості. Окрім цього, важливого значення має оптимізація перевізного процесу з позиції вибору раціональної пасажиромісткості транспортних засобів та встановлення їх потрібної кількості з огляду характеристик пасажиропотоку.

ANALYSIS OF FACTORS THAT AFFECT ON THE PASSENGER’S TRAVEL FATIGUE DEVELOPMENT

English abstract

The intensive development of modern cities and the growth of population mobility require the improvement of urban transportation system. The priority development of public transit, compared to individual transport, is dictated primarily by environmental requirements, as well as the need to ensure the transportation of all categories of the population to places of work, study and recreation, etc. The operation of public transport affects the functioning of other sectors of the urban economy. Given this, when measures to public transit operating improve are planning, it is not enough to limit oneself to considering purely technical and technological aspects of the transport process. It is advisable to use a broader approach that would take into account various aspects of its effectiveness, in particular, the impact of the transport process on a person. One of the manifestations of the human factor during passenger transport is the occurrence of travel fatigue of passengers, which should be considered as a result of unsatisfactory transport service conditions. Ignoring or insufficient consideration of the human factor can lead to the organization of transportation processes that will be insufficiently effective, both in social and economic aspects. A review of existing research in the field of studying the human factor in public transit transportation showed that the analysis of factors of the development of passenger travel fatigue was carried out without a specific reference to individual technological parameters of the transportation process. Instead, conducting a more detailed analysis that will allow establishing the relationship between the technological parameters of the transportation process and the level of passenger travel fatigue is a relevant task from both scientific and practical points of view. The article attention is focused on establishing the influence of three groups of factors on the change in the passenger’s functional state as a result of transit trip making/ They are following: route network parameters, urban planning factors and individual passenger characteristics; route characteristics and technical and operational indicators of vehicle operation; parameters of passenger flow on the route. It has been established that the controllable parameters during the operating on public transit routes, from the list of significant travel fatigue development factors, include the operating speed of vehicles, their passenger capacity and number of vehicles. Based on this, when planning measures to improve the level of passenger service on urban routes, those that will contribute to an increase in operating speed (ensuring the priority of public transit traffic, reducing the dwell time of the vehicles, improving traffic conditions along the route, etc.) should be considered as main direction. In addition, it is important to optimize the transportation process from the standpoint of choosing a rational passenger capacity of vehicles and establishing their required number. As a direction for further research on the issues considered in the article, it should be noted that an analysis of the combined influence of factors in the development of passenger fatigue and establishing their relative importance should be carried out.
