English abstract

Objective: The study aims to analyse the regulatory and legal administration of general secondary education as a process in Ukraine and the use of relevant regulatory and legal instruments to structure the educational space. Methods: The article analyses that the regulatory and legal administration of general secondary education as a process in Ukraine is ensured through appropriate regulatory and legal instruments that ensure the integrity and structure of the educational space. The article reveals the correlation and interrelation between such clusters as learning outcomes of an institution providing primary general secondary education and a typical curriculum regulated by basic curricula. Results: The study results will be helpful for legislators, educational entities, administrators of general secondary education institutions, teachers, and education professionals. Accordingly, their application in practice will make it possible to administer secondary education institutions more efficiently. Conclusion: The study’s practical value is due to the fact that the normative regulation of legal relations in general secondary education is regulated by a number of legal acts that require significant improvement.
