Анотація

У статті проведений аналіз динаміки і рівнів забруднення атмосферного повітря міста впродовж 2008–2020 років за величинами сумарних викидів, стаціонарних та пересувних джерел. Установлено, що динаміка змін сумарних викидів та стаціонарних і пересувних джерел описується параболами четвертого порядку при коефіцієнтах детермінації 0,59; 0,41: 0,68 відповідно. Виявлено перевищення середньорічних концентрацій забруднюючих речовин у повітрі міста: у 2008 році діоксиду азоту, фенолу та аміаку 4,6; 2,3; 3,5 ГДК відповідно; у 2011 році формальдегіду, фенолу, фтористого водню 3,3; 3,3; 2,6 ГДК відповідно; у 2017 році формальдегіду та фтористого водню, концентрації яких перевищували ГДК у 2,3 і 1,8 разів відповідно. Щорічно до атмосфери міста надходить від 2,3 до 0,214 тис. т оксиду вуглецю; від 1,15 до 0,4 тис. т пилу; від 1,0 до 0,359 тис. т діоксиду азоту; від 0,30 до 0,08 тис. т діоксиду сірки. Зростання обсягів викидів забруднюючих речовин до атмосферного повітря впливало на показник індексу забруднення атмосфери (ІЗА). Динаміка змін цього показники впродовж 2000-2018 років описується параболою третього порядку при коефіцієнті детермінації 0,58. Показник ІЗА змінювався в діапазоні від 7,05 до 14,2 одиниць.

ANALYSIS AND ASSESSMENT OF THE ATMOSPHERIC AIR LEVEL OF POLLUTION IN RIVNE

English abstract

The analysis of dynamics and level of atmospheric air pollution of the city within the years 2008–2017 as to the values of summary emissions and stationary and mobile sources was carried out. It is known that the main reason for the unsatisfactory state of cities is the growing impact of anthropogenic factors. As a result of the influence of these factors, a powerful production complex, developed transport infrastructure and intercity connections are created in cities, which form gas emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and cause harm to both nature and the health of the population. It is ascertained that dynamics of summary emissions and stationary and mobile sources variations is described by parabolas of the fourths order with determination coefficients 0,59; 0,41; 0,68 correspondingly. The exceeding of average annual concentrations of pollutants in the air of the city was revealed: in 2008 they were nitrogen dioxide, phenol and ammonium, correspondingly 4,6; 2,3; 3,5 (Maximum Admissible Concentration), in 2011 they were formaldehyde, phenol, fluoric hydrogen, correspondingly 3,3; 3,3; 2,6 (Maximum Admissible Concentration), in 2017 they were formaldehyde and fluoric hydrogen, the concentration of which increased Maximum Admissible Concentration in 2,3; 1,8 times correspondingly. Annually the city atmosphere gets from 2,3 to 0,214 thousand tons of carbon oxide; from 1,15 to 0,4 thousand tons of dust; from 1,0 to 0,359 thousand tons of nitrogen dioxide; from 0,30 to 0,08 thousand tons of sulfur dioxide. The increase of the amount of pollutants emission into atmospheric air affected the index atmospheric pollution. The dynamics of this index variation within the years 2000–2018 is described by parabola of the third order with the determination coefficient 0,58. The index atmosphere pollution underwent changes in the diapason from 7,05 to 14,2 units. The main pollutants that determine the level of the ISA indicator are phenol, formaldehyde, hydrogen fluoride, dust, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen oxide.
