IMPACT OF EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL FACTORS ON FORMATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL PREPAREDNESS FOR OWN ACTIVITY OF PUBLIC SERVANTS

English abstract

The article investigates external (psychological pain, frustration, attacking handling) and internal (biological, physiological, genetic, biochemical) factors contributing emergence of aggression, conflict and that can interfere the work of publid servants in terms of their specific professional activity. Researches of such philosophers, founders of psychoanalysis and social psychology as Friedrich Nietzsche, Andrew Carnegie, Jean‐Jacques Rousseau, Thomas Hobbes, Sigmund Freud, Moses Kagan, Konrad Lorenz, John Dollard, Leonard Berkovica, Abraham Maslow, Aristotle allowed to prove that similar life events for different people have different meanings. Proved that professional management activity involves performing its functions by specially trained management specialists able to use psychology of management. Therefore, in selection of people for professional activity in specific conditions is important a diagnostic criterion as individual susceptibility to accept psychological causes of diseases, which will help reduce the impact of external and internal factors on the formation of psychological preparedness of public servants. Steps for effective adaptation of public servants to specific conditions of professional activities in public service were outlined.
