Анотація

Проаналізовано стан використання природних комплексів з позиції їх охорони та раціонального використання. Глобальне розв’язання питань використання й охорони земель, у тому числі земель природо-заповідного, оздоровчого, рекреаційного та історико-культурного призначення, полягає в розробці загальної теорії раціонального природокористування, що ґрунтується на пізнанні об’єктивних законів розвитку процесу взаємодії природи і суспільства.

USAGE AND PROTECTION OF NATURAL COMPLEXES NPP «PODILSKI TOVTRY» KHMELNYTSKYI REGION

English abstract

The main conceptual principles of rational landuse at first must provide the land protection resources, preservation of their ecological balance are shown. However, whatever reasons won’t to put to the basis for rational landuse the last can be solved through the development of reserve саse. It is possible to prevent further destruction of the environment through protection, conservation and appropriate large-area territories usage with valuable properties. The environmental protection practice established various forms of nature conservation through reserves organization, reserves, national, natural parks and the other. Among the various environmental objects the important place is occupied by national natural parks. The example of national natural parks can be «Podilski Tovtry», which is located on the area of 261.316 thousand. ha. in the extreme south west of the Khmelnytskyi region. The strategic directions of protection, restoration and sustainable use of natural resources realized through complex - functional, territorial, technical and technological measures. To the main areas of formation targeted conditions include measures as for improving the ecological environment of the park through air protection, water and natural resources, land and other aspects. The environmental problems solving, which were accumulated for many years of practice unbalanced nature, is possible if the environmental issues of priority importance, logistics, environmental programs, positive change in environmental consciousness of society.
