Abstract
У статті обґрунтовано необхідність застосування інноваційних методів підготовки фахівців, які базуються на новітніх інформаційно-комунікаційних технологіях (ІКТ). На прикладах розглянуті сучасні технології підготовки молодших спеціалістів, які вимагають моделювання особи студента як майбутнього професіонала.

English abstract
The article substantiates the need for innovative methods of training, based on new information and communication technologies (ICT). The examples discussed modern technologies of junior specialists, who require modeling of individual student as a future professional. Research of methodological approaches to the usage of information technology in the educational process as a tool to implement of innovative educational ideas were driven by current trends of information, mass communication and globalization of society of the third millennium, which change social order for the professional level of training of future specialists.
