Abstract

В статті приводяться дослідження по визначенню основних показників якості поризованої будівельної суміші (макроструктура, кратність та густина). Отримані теоретичні залежності та доказана їх адекватність. Наведено алгоритм проектування поризованої будівельної суміші на прикладі піногіпсу.

CALCULATION OF THE COMPOSITIONS OF POROSITIES BUILDING MIXTURES BY THE EXAMPLE OF FOAMGYPSUM

English abstract

The research of porosities build mixture quality indexes determination (macrostructure, multiplicity and density of mixture) is shown in the article. The theoretical dependencies are obtained and their adequacy was proved. The algorithm design of porosities build mixture is proposed by the example of foamgypsum. This equations adequately describes the experimental points in the research. Thus, on the basis of experimental studies, the equations for predicting the strength of foam and the strength of foam-gypsum have been obtained. They can be used in the design of porosities build mixture. This technique has been experimentally tested. A series of samples of foam gypsum was manufactured according to the given technology.
