Abstract

Система міжнародних валютно-фінансових відносин є підсистемою міжнародних економічних відносин. Протягом викладання курсу студенти вивчають теоретичні основи функціонування міжнародного фінансового ринку, вивчають економічну природу міжнародних фінансових інструментів та механізми здійснення операцій з ними на фінансових ринках зарубіжних країн, з’ясовують суть та форми міжнародних фінансових розрахунків, аналізують процес еволюції міжнародних фінансів. На сучасному матеріалі аналізуються основні етапи та особливості становлення європейської валютної системи, валютних систем країн з перехідною економікою. Аналізуються проблеми, пов’язані з валютними кризами. Значну увагу приділено питанням діяльності сучасних світових фінансових центрів, напрямам міжнародних потоків фінансових ресурсів, інструментам ринку капіталів. Розглядаються питання формування та функціонування ринку єврооблігацій та перспективи використання цих інструментів для економіки України. Вивчаються питання розвитку міжнародного банківського бізнесу, аналізуються методи хеджування валютних ризиків. The system of international monetary and financial relations is a subsystem of international economic relations. During the course students study the theoretical basis of the functioning of the international financial market, study the economic nature of international financial instruments and mechanisms for dealing with them in the financial markets of foreign countries, clarify the essence and forms of international financial calculations, analyze the process of evolution of international finance. The current material analyzes the main stages and peculiarities of the formation of the European monetary system, currency systems of countries with economies in transition. Analyzed problems related to currency crises. Considerable attention is paid to the issues of the activities of modern world financial centers, the directions of international flows of financial resources, capital market instruments. Issues of formation and functioning of the Eurobond market and prospects of using these instruments for the Ukrainian economy are considered. The issues of development of international banking business are analyzed, methods of hedging currency risks are analyzed
