Abstract

Ринкова економіка з її різноманітними моделями, відомими світовій практиці, є соціально-орієнтованим господарством з державним регулюванням. Значну роль як у самій структурі ринкових відносин, так і в механізмі їх регулювання з боку держави відіграє фінансове право. Програмою курсу "Фінансове право" передбачено вивчення основних фінансово-правових відносин, що регулюють фінансову діяльність і фінансову систему України, бюджетний устрій і бюджетний процес, а також податкові і кредитні, страхові, банківські і валютні правовідносини юридичних та фізичних осіб у сучасних умовах. Слід пам'ятати, що фінансове законодавство України дуже мобі¬льне і часто змінюється у зв'язку з активним законодавчим процесом. Тому потрібно регулярно слідкувати за змінами у фінансовому законодавстві, повсякденно аналізувати спеціальну літературу та періодику. The market economy with its various models, known in the world of practice, is a socially oriented economy with state regulation. The financial law plays a significant role both in the structure of market relations itself and in the mechanism of their regulation by the state. The program of the course "Financial Law" provides for the study of the financial and legal relations that regulate financial activity and the financial system of Ukraine, the budget system and the budget process, as well as tax and credit, insurance, banking and foreign legal relations of legal and individuals in modern conditions. It should be remembered that the financial legislation of Ukraine is very mobile and often changes due to the active legislative process. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly monitor changes in financial legislation, daily specialist literature and periodicals
