Abstract

У статті здійснено аналітичний огляд культурної політики держави та особливостей її функціонування в соціокультурному дискурсі. Розкрито концептуальні засади управління культурною сферою у проблемному полі взаємозв’язку політики, влади, людини та культури. Показано необхідність осмислення теоретико-методологічних та нормативно-правових засад феномена культурної політики в контексті «культурно-антропологічного повороту», що в орієнтаціях на проблемність людського існування виходить за межі регуляційної функції культурної сфери країни.

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL BASES OF MEASUREMENT OF THE CULTURAL POLICY OF THE STATE

English abstract

The article analyzes the state cultural policy and features of its functioning in the sociocultural discourse. The conceptual foundations of the management of the cultural sphere in the problem field of the relationship between politics, power, people and culture are revealed. The necessity of comprehension of theoretical and methodological and normative principles of the phenomenon of cultural policy in the context of "cultural and anthropological turn" is shown, which in orientations on the problem of human existence goes beyond the regulatory function of the cultural sphere of the country.
