Abstract

Розглядаються підходи до визначення поняття «механізм державного управління». Надається власне визначення цього поняття. Виявляється, що комплексний механізм державного управління може складатися із таких видів механізмів: економічного, мотиваційного, організаційного, політичного, правового. Визначається структура механізму державного управління на основі досліджень різних науковців. Зазначається, що механізм управлінської діяльності складається з таких частин: цільова, функціональна, методологічна, частина, яка відображає сукупність принципів, інструментальна, технологічна. Наголошується на необхідності удосконалення наявної структури механізму державного управління. Наводиться власна структура механізму державного управління забезпеченням економічної безпеки України. Визначаються внутрішні та зовнішні загрози, які впливають на економічну безпеку України, та пропонуються шляхи їх мінімізації.

Improvement of the main components of the mechanism of public administration of ensuring economic security of Ukraine

English abstract

Approaches to the definition of the concept «the mechanism of public administration» are considered. The author gives his own definition of this concept. It has been revealed that the turn of the complex mechanism of public administration can consist of such types of mechanisms: economic, motivational, organizational, political, legal. The structure of mechanism of public administration is determined on the basis of research by various scientists. It is noted that mechanism of management activity consists of following parts: target, functional, methodological, part, which reflects a set of principles, instrumental, technological. It is emphasized that it is necessary to improve the existing structure of the mechanism of public administration. The author describes his own structure of mechanism of state management of ensuring the economic security of Ukraine. Internal and external threats affecting Ukraine’s economic security are defined, and ways to minimize them are suggested.
