Abstract
The discipline considers with the basics of calculation, processes, design of treatment buildings of gas emissions, and their exploitation in environmental protection facilities. Students study the basics of the processes’ classification and equipment of the technology of gas emissions’ treatment, the characteristics of the pollutants of gas emissions, the theoretical basis of dust removal, the theoretical basis for the elimination of gas pollutants, facilities and equipment of dust removal, design features of facilities and equipment for air treatment and ways to intensify their operation.
