Abstract
Варіанти конструктивного виконання пружно-запобіжних муфт доцільно генерувати з використанням структурно-схемного синтезу. Даний метод забезпечує створення найбільш раціональних конструктивних схем муфт з покращеними захисними та компенсуючими властивостями. Структурний синтез, на основі побудованої морфологічної матриці та системного аналізу, забезпечує отримання повної варіативної кількості конструкцій пружно-запобіжних муфт з покращеними техніко-економічними характеристиками для їх застосування у приводах гвинтових конвеєрів.

STRUCTURAL SYNTHESIS OF ELASTICALLY SAFETY CLUTCH SCREW CONVEYORS
English abstract
It is advisable to generate variants of constructive execution of elastic-protective couplings using structural-circuit synthesis. This method provides the creation of the most rational design schemes of couplings with improved protective and compensating properties. Structural synthesis, based on the constructed morphological matrix and system analysis, provides a complete variant number of designs of elastic-safety couplings with improved technical and economic characteristics for their use in screw conveyor drives. Structural synthesis of elastic-safety couplings of screw conveyors by hierarchical grouping was performed using morphological analysis. Couplings with improved technical and economic characteristics are obtained, which provide increased elastic and damping characteristics, which reduce dynamic loads when the screw is jammed in the housing or sharp starts of the screw conveyors (especially in the loaded state). Also developed on the basis of the synthesis of elastic-safety couplings are characterized by simple and reliable structures, manufacturability and low cost.
