REGULATION OF ENERGY SAVINGS AS A BASIS OF EFFICIENCY OF COMMUNAL HOUSING
English abstract
The paper investigates the problem of energy efficiency and energy saving in the residential sector. The issues of energy efficiency of housing due to the introduction of energy-saving technologies are investigated. The leading foreign experience in using energy-efficient technologies has been analyzed. Successful measures in the world's leading countries have been offered to reduce energy consumption in the residential sector of Ukraine. The necessity of implementing programs to support energy efficiency programs have been justified on best practice in the leading counties.
