English abstract

One of the crucial factors influencing the business environment is the globalization of economic processes. The influence of foreign countries, their legislation, and their companies on the domestic economy certainly takes place and will continue to grow. The article seeks to consider the process of globalization and enterprise management at the present stage of economic development. As a result of the implemented active process of globalization, the world economy has been transformed into a single financial system. In this system, the control center and the dependent periphery can be distinguished. The national economies of the countries that make up the periphery are more elements of a single world economy than independent economic systems capable of independently choosing their development paths. Given the novelty of the current situation in the global economy, it is necessary to determine which strategies will be relevant and effective in management in the current economic system.
