Abstract

Споживацьке ставлення суспільства до використання природних ресурсів спричинило негативні наслідки на стан навколишнього середовища, природних ресурсів. Зокрема, реалізація масштабних проєктів з будівництва каскаду руслових водосховищ на р. Дніпро, масштабної осушувальної меліорації на Західному Поліссі України, будівництво промислових гігантів і великих міст, не забезпечених системою ефективного очищення стоків, розорювання земель вище допустимого мінімуму у басейнах річок – це наша сучасність. В результаті ми маємо суцільне поширення «гарячих» точок забруднення поверхневих вод, що вимагає значних іноземних інвестицій для врятування Дніпра, зникнення сотень малих річок і десятків відпрацьованих (застарілих) меліоративних систем, нищення природних умов, відтворення промислових запасів аборигенної іхтіофауни, нищення лісів, заплавних луків. Потепління клімату викликало проблему інтенсивного випаровування поверхневих вод, їх забруднення, цвітіння за рахунок розвитку мікроводоростей і водяної рослинності, пересушення земель. Звідси необхідність переорієнтації методів ведення сільського господарства, розробки екологічних і економічних основ розвитку народного господарства у сучасний період зміни клімату.

CURRENT PROBLEMS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND NATURE MANAGEMENT DURING CLIMATE WARMING

English abstract

The consumer attitude of society to the use of natural resources has had negative consequences for the state of the natural environment, natural resources. In particular. As a result, we have a continuous spread of "hot spots” of surface water pollution to attract foreign investment to save the Dnieper, the disappearance of hundreds of small rivers and dozens of used (obsolete) reclamation systems, destruction of natural conditions for reproduction of aboriginal ichthyofauna, deforestation, forests. Climate warming has caused the problem of intensive evaporation of surface waters, their pollution, flowering due to the development of shallow vegetation, over-drying of lands. Hence the need to reorient the conduct of agriculture, the development of environmental and economic foundations of the national economy in the modern period of climate change. Considering the development of society and nature management as a biological process, to assess the level of its development we can use the overall index of sustainable development as a ratio of the sum of factor indices (food reserves, cost of living, demographic pressure) to the sum of overall environmentalforming coefficients of the hydrometeorological composition: sum of atmospheric precipitation and air temperature, the intensity of solar insolation, and non-existent effects of economic activity – changes in the composition of flora and fauna. The numerical value of the index of oldgrowth corresponds to the mathematical series of Fibonacci numbers: from 3–5 (starting conditions) to 55 or more (in critical situations for the level of transformation of nature conservation in water basins). Numerical values are determined by expert evaluations. For them, society has passed the point of return.
