Abstract

Определены факторы и особенности колебания качества железорудного сырья в карьерах горно-обогатительных комбинатов Кривбасса во взаимосвязи с составом и ритмичностью работы карьерного оборудования и транспорта. Описан принцип формирования рудопотоков в карьерах. Представлена характеристика процесса обогащения руды. Сформулирована проблема создания генерализованной общекарьерной системы управления качеством рудопотоков и пути ее решения. Изложена последовательность алгоритмизации решения проблемы.

PROBLEM OF GENERALIZED QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM OF ORE STREAM IN THE OPEN PIT AND ITS SOLUTION ALGORITHM

English abstract

The factors and features of iron ore quality fluctuation in open pits of Kryvbass mining Plant in relation to the regularity of the pace of pit equipment and transportation are given, as well as the problem of creating a generalized quality control system of ore stream of the open pit and its solutions are formulated. The main objective of the research is formulation of the problematic level assessing the feasibility of creating that kind of system and its implementation techniques as a technology of the open pit. The key point and peculiarities of the modern problem of raw materials quality control in the iron ore of open pits, the organizational and technological tasks in creation of generalized quality control system of ore stream in the processing plant are defined, which will provide the sustainable quality of ore coming from the pit in general, and minimize the amplitude and frequency fluctuations of the grade of mined ore in the flow within the limits of specified interval by integrating all elements of the system. An algorithm for solving this problem is given. Development recommendations for using the generalized quality control system of ore stream in the open pit are proposed. Further development and manufacturing application of the research results will provide a significant reduction in the cost price of iron ore products by increasing the efficiency of ore enrichment and quality of manufactured articles of the mining and processing plants.
