Анотація

У статті розглянуто підходи щодо визначення понять "фінансова компанія" та "фінансово-економічна безпека". Визначено, якими нормативними та законодавчими актами фінансові компанії керуються в своїй діяльності. Виявлено суб'єкти забезпечення економічної безпеки фінансових установ. Визначено місце фінансових компаній у системі кредитування України. Окреслено, що не лише бізнес-структури мають потребу в інвестиційних ресурсах, але й фінансові інституції також потребують інвестиційних вкладень. Визначено та охарактеризовано види фінансових компаній. Виявлено, що грошово-кредитна сфера США, Канади та Угорщини є розгалуженою системою. Окреслено, що фінансове посередництво в Україні представлене багатьма інституціями, зокрема, страхові компанії, фінансові компанії, ломбарди, кредитні спілки, комерційні банки. Визначено фактори системи економічної безпеки фінансових компаній, що здійснюють позитивний та негативний вплив на стан фінансової безпеки України.

THE INFLUENCE OF FINANCIAL COMPANIES ON THE FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE STATE: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

English abstract

In the article approaches to definition of concepts "financial company" and "financial and economic security" are considered. Determined by what regulatory and legislative acts financial companies are guided in their activities. It is revealed that subjects of ensuring the economic security of financial institutions. The place of financial companies in the system of crediting of Ukraine is determined. It is determined that not only business structures need investment resources, but financial institutions will also require investment investments. Types and types of financial companies are defined and characterized. It was revealed that the monetary sphere of the USA, Canada and Hungary is a branched system. It is determined that financial intermediation in Ukraine is represented by many institutions, in particular, insurance companies, financial companies, pawnshops, credit unions, commercial banks. The factors of the economic security system of financial companies are determined, they have a positive and negative impact on the state of Ukraine financial security. We can state that financial companies are important subjects of the market. The effective functioning of these institutions is a pledge, their financial stability, improving their business reputation and profitability, which will lead to ensuring the country's financial and economic security at the proper level. In particular, this is possible provided that they will be in a state of protection from the negative impact of factors and threats, which every year becomes more and more. It should also be noted that the financial capital of the financial companies sector can not be considered a factor of economic development of the same order with productive and human capital. At the same time, like the mechanism of transforming savings into productive capital, it plays an important role. Thus, the use of international experience is a positive aspect, but one should remember about the peculiarities of the economic system of Ukraine and use it only selectively, that is, do not charge the whole system in full, but try to adapt to the current realities for our country.
