Анотація

У статті досліджено функції та принципи економічного аналізу фінансових результатів у будівництві. Показано відповідність завдань економічного аналізу фінансових результатів та його функцій. Охарактеризовано функції економічного аналізу та ідентифіковано їх із позиції фінансових результатів. Здійснено критичний аналіз думок вчених-аналітиків щодо класифікації принципів економічного аналізу, а також виокремлено п’ять груп принципів економічного аналізу фінансових результатів будівельних підприємств.

FUNCTIONS AND PRINCIPLES OF CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISES FINANCIAL RESULTS ECONOMIC ANALYSIS AS TOOLS FOR QUALITY ANALYSIS

English abstract

The functions and principles of economic analysis of financial results in construction are explored in the article. The relevance of the study is substantiated. The amount of net profit (loss) of Ukrainian enterprises by type of economic activity in 2018 is analyzed. Compared to other sectors of the economy in 2018, the value of net profit in construction is negligible, but some of them are still unprofitable. The results of the analysis showed that there is a decrease in the amount of damage to construction enterprises in 2012, deterioration of the financial result in 2013-2014 and improvement in the period 2015-2018. The tasks of economic analysis are investigated and the main ones are distinguished. The functions of economic analysis in the writings of scientists are explored. The most widely used features are identified. The list of functions of financial results economic analysis in construction is formed and characterized. It is proposed to distinguish such functions of financial results economic analysis as: research function; evaluation function; informational function; controlling function; control function; search engine function; mobilizing (constructive) function; innovative function. The correspondence of tasks of financial results economic analysis and its functions is shown. It has been found out that the economic analysis of financial results is based on the principles of analysis, by which its methodology and the systematic nature are followed. The research of national scientists is described, where the importance of economic analysis principles is evaluated. A critical analysis of the opinions of analysts on the classification of the principles of economic analysis was carried out, as well as five groups of principles of financial results economic analysis of construction enterprises were distinguished. The following groups of principles are distinguished: organizational principles, methodological principles, legal principles, principles of professional ethics, philosophical principles. The characteristics of some of the principles of financial results economic analysis are presented.
