Анотація

Досліджено структуру, підходи, завдання, елементи та складові економічної безпеки. Розкрито функціонування складових економічної безпеки підприємств та суб’єктів господарювання. Розроблено рекомендації щодо забезпечення можливості оцінити перспективи зростання підприємства, розробити тактику і стратегію його розвитку, зменшити наслідки фінансових втрат та кризових явищ, негативного впливу нових загроз та небезпек, а також ефективного управління існуючими ризиками та їх запобігання.

ASPECTS OF THE ENTERPRISE'S ECONOMIC SECURITY SYSTEM FORMATION

English abstract

The structure, approaches, tasks, elements and components of economic security have been studied. The functioning of the components of the economic security of enterprises and business entities is revealed. Recommendations are developed to ensure the ability to assess the prospects for the growth of the enterprise, develop tactics and strategies for its development, reduce the consequences of financial losses and crisis phenomena, the negative impact of new threats and dangers, as well as effective management of existing risks and their prevention. The implementation of activities and full functioning of an enterprise, economic entity or financial institution should not be started without the development and implementation of an independent, clear enterprise strategy; without ensuring an effective system of financial stability and security. All these measures will serve as a guarantee of ensuring stable growth rates of production and the results of economic activity at the enterprise; achieving goals that correspond to the interests of its owners and society. Development and implementation of an independent enterprise strategy, and ensuring an effective system of financial stability and security are the basis and foundation of achieving goals, results of economic activity at the enterprise, and sustainable growth rates of production and are the main goal of owners and society. The global financial and economic crisis affected the activities of many enterprises and institutions and affected several sectors of our country’s economy. Decreased opportunities for obtaining loans and the outflow of investments led to a reduction in the volume of production activities of Ukrainian enterprises and a narrowing of demand and supply in the commodity and financial markets. As a result, the problem of creating an effective economic security system capable of ensuring a reduction in the level of threats to enterprises and financial institutions in the future has become acute for a large number of economic subjects. The purpose of the research is to reveal the components of the economic security of enterprises, and subjects of economic activity to ensure an opportunity to assess the prospects for the growth of the enterprise, to develop tactics and strategies for its development, to reduce the consequences of financial losses and crisis phenomena, the negative impact of new threats and dangers, as well as effective management of existing risks and their prevention.
