Анотація

3D printing technology is a modern, rapidly developing technology that allows to significantly reduce labor and energy costs and significantly increase the speed of construction of buildings. Effective application of this technology in construction and increasing the scale of its use along with the improvement of the necessary mechanical equipment requires the development of mixtures that meet the specific requirements of 3D printing and at the same time are characterized by the availability of raw materials, resource saving, and high performance properties. This monograph was prepared on the basis of the results of research carried out by the authors at the Department of Construction Products Technology and Materials Science of the National University of Water Environmental Engineering (Ukraine). The studies focus on the experimental substantiation of the properties of building mixtures and concrete based on them for 3D printing using ash and slag raw materials and other dispersed industrial wastes and also modifying additives. As a rule, experimental substantiations are carried out using mathematical modeling. The presented experimental and statistical models allow us to quantitatively assess the influence of technological factors, the effects of their interaction, and, as a result, predict the quality indicators of mortars and concrete with specified properties, and choose the optimal conditions for their providing. The monograph is intended for construction workers and manufacturers who use or implement technology for the production of building structures and the construction of building structures using 3D printers. It can also be useful in developing new effective compositions of building mixtures intended for 3D printing
