Анотація

Навчальна дисципліна Стратегічне управління вивчає теоретичні концепції та методологію формування стратегічного управління, підходи і критерії визначення та обґрунтування вибору альтернативних стратегій у мінливому зовнішньому та внутрішньому середовищі. Особлива увага приділяються розвитку стратегічного управління в публічному секторі. Discipline Strategic management deals with theoretical concepts and methodology of strategic management formation, approaches and criteria for defining and substantiating the choice of alternative strategies in a changing external and internal environment. Particular attention is paid to the development of strategic management in the public sector. The course is focused on studying the basics of the theory of management, familiarization with the basics of the theory of strategic management and the concept of strategy development; the analysis of modern concepts of organization and process of development and implementation of strategic plans of different levels; Identification of the most widespread and new approaches to the analysis of the organization's environment, methods for determining competitiveness, methods of strategic analysis and forecasting the development of the internal and external environment; definition of the principles of formulation of goals and mission of the enterprise, models and methods of development of the strategic set; justification for the need to develop strategic and tactical plans, projects and programs as tools for implementing strategies, identify the main areas of strategic change and monitor their implementation
