Розуміння концептуальних основ системного управління організаціями, розробку та прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень, визначення ефективності управління, уміння впроваджувати в колективах вдосконалені елементи щодо гармонізації людських відносин, налагоджування ефективних комунікацій у процесі управління, із структурування завдань відповідно до чисельності та кваліфікації виконавців, розподілення завдань з урахуванням ділових та особистісних рис виконавців, та вміло здійснювати делегування повноважень.
