English abstract

The article presents the views of scientists on the analysis of the concept of “investment security” and provides its own definition. It is determined that investment security is considered as an important prerequisite for the effective social and economic development of the state, region, and enterprise in the context of globalization processes. It is emphasized that investments, in particular, their size can be a determining factor for the development of an economy of any state, that is, with the help of the latter it is possible to determine certain economic dynamics, aimed at qualitative and quantitative transformations in the economy, while taking into account the level of security. Investment security has been proven to be part of economic security. It has been suggested that under the investment security one should understand the state of the economy, which allows attracting and using effectively the available resources, which in turn are protected from negative external and internal factors, which in turn satisfy the needs of the state economy. Ukraine's place in the world rankings is determined and their change is tracked. capital investments by types of economic activity, as well as sources of financing during 2017-2019 are analyzed and minimization.
